Five Tibetan Rites

I always notice that working people never care about their health and always on the verge of serious diseases especially heart related problems,obesity and diabetes. Their main complaint is lack of time or lack of motivation to workout for themselves. Its always better to involve in some kind of workout for the benefit of body and mind.

Today i got a good solution for the daily workout regimen which can be easily completed within 15 minutes of your time and maintain the health as well as our youth. Really this five sets of yoga asanas are enough for keeping yourself health and young. First i didnt believe that it is possible with this sets of exercises. I read the book "Fountain of Youth" and thought that i should try this exercises for atleast a month. I was amazed by the results it gave me. I was slowly feeling cheerful, healthy than usual but if i continue this way i will definitely be more healthy and youthful. So why dont you give a try and spare only fifteen minutes.
